Living Hotel De Medici

Hello! I chose the hotel after reading reviews online and a personal recommendation from friends. I must say that I was not wrong, I chose an amazing, excellent, clean, quiet, romantic hotel in an amazing location, very close to all the attractions in the city. Very close to the river, the restaurant and bar area, to Conissala Street. And in particular, very close to the carnival parade. After many years of staying in dozens of hotels around the world, the Hotel de Medici is one of the best, clean, luxurious, quiet and romantic hotels I have stayed in. Beyond all this, the value for money is excellent. The price is fair and very reasonable for the carnival period. The staff at the amazing hotel is helpful and very kind and polite. The staff, the building, the location, the decor, the heated floor in the bathroom, the facilities were all good. The interior design gives you a sense that you're staying somewhere quite posh. Breakfast selection is very good.

The building itself is of course amazing, the corridors are very beautiful and full of art and there's a lot to see. The whole atmosphere of the old, special building is great! The staff at the reception is friendly. I was especially happy about the kindness of the young lady, who was originally from Italy - she was both very kind and professional and immediately made me feel comfortable about the stay. The room and the bathroom were big enough and we liked the big shower space very much.

Location: Excellent location and a walking distance from the main touristic attractions in the city. There are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies nearby. Staff: Friendly, polite and helpful. They are also very attentive during breakfast. The evening bar manager (with a nice moustache) was very friendly and made us feel welcome at the location. Room: Spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom shower has good water pressure and is also spacious. Hotel: Beautifully decorated and clean. They offer valet parking service. The breakfast is excellent with a great variety of foods and fresh fruits.

Breakfast is varied and best quality. friendly, helpful staff.This was our third stay at your hotel and everything was delightful - the friendly and well informed personnel, the courteous cleaning staff. Of course the hotel provided once again a unique experience of living in a Museum filled with artistic treasures while enjoying the pleasures and comforts of a modern facility. There is nothing we have to suggest in terms of improvements other than to urge you and your team to remain as splendid as you are and keeping the hotel at the high level you have already achieved.
